I felt like people come in during a time of need and leave feeling supported and helped.

Over all very good the treatment my son has received. I would have liked more calls to me about his care and also his care coordinator. I would also like to have been invited to his ward rounds. Also more involvement in his arrangements made for his discharge to rehab. I have continually phoned to get information.

I feel the day staff have supported incredibly however the night staff are awful and not felt support at all by them.

Regular staff on nights would be a great help to feel supported during the night.
